- You join one of our existing projects. You receive a modest stipend.
- We get to know you and your skills and you get to know us.
- Since we are both founders, think about this phase as a Founder Acquisition Cost (from both sides).
Phase 2. Building the Foundation
- We invite you to join one of our ventures as a co-founder.
- Together we draft the blueprints for the new venture.
- We help attract key talent and surround the venture with leading mentors and advisors.
- The result is a fundable NewCo with a well-defined founder shares and team.
Phase 3. Zero to One.
- During this phase, we unlock pre-seed capital ranging from €100k to €1.5m to build the product and at some point in time validate and start distribution.
- We then let you run the day-to-day operations, meanwhile we help prepare the venture for a second institutional round of investment to prove product-market-fit.
